Level 4: Preparation for Kriya Yoga

This is the final step before you learn the Kriya Yoga Technique and receive Kriya Initiation. It is an in-depth exploration of deepening your understanding and practice of the central techniques on the Path of Kriya Yoga.

This course includes instructions in the AUM technique of meditation and further prepares you for Kriya Yoga initiation. We will also review the techniques you have learned previously, and make a new integrated meditation routine for you to follow.

Prior approval is needed to purchase, with completion of the first three parts of the Ananda Course in Self-Realization.
