Ananda Course: Path of Kriya Yoga
In this 8-lesson course, you will learn the basic techniques of meditation through clear, step-by-step instructions. Experience the importance of the breath-mind connection and the power of the focused mind. Learn also Paramhansa Yogananda's energisation exercises to gain conscious awareness and control over your energy.
Level 1 offers techniques of the Path of Kriya Yoga, including the Hong-Sau technique of concentration. There are also many simple, "do-able" suggestions, such as how to sit comfortably for meditation, how to still the restless mind, and how to take your experiences of peace and joy into daily life.
At Your Own Pace, Online Course
This course is held online and can be completed at your own pace. There are 8 lessons, typically completed 1 to 2 lessons per week (about 10 weeks total). You will have the opportunity for individualised support with teachers and group study with others on the Path of Kriya Yoga. We will invite you to online group meditations, opportunities for retreats and more.
