Ananda Courses: The Path of Kriya Yoga
Teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda
In this 9-week course (including opportunities for live classes and 1 one-on-one session upon completion). During this step, if you feel attuned to Paramhansa Yogananda’s vibrations, and feel that he is your guru, you will be guided in how to take a discipleship vow.
Level 3 goes deeper into the techniques of the Path of Kriya Yoga, including how to deepen your current practice of Hong-Sau and Energisation Exercises, and longer meditation. Understand the ancient guru-disciple relationship, and how it fits into your spiritual life. Attune more to the vibration of this spiritual lineage and see whether you would like to become a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda.
This course is held online and can be completed at your own pace. There are 8 lessons, typically completed 1 lesson per week (about 9 weeks total including your one-on-one session). You will also have the opportunity for individualised support with teachers and group study with others on the Path of Kriya Yoga. We also invite you to online group meditations, opportunities for retreats and more.
