Ananda Sangha Australia/Level 4: Preparation for Kriya Yoga

"Among yoga techniques, Kriya is the most effective because it is the most central and direct in the way that it works with controlling the life force."

Preparation for Kriya Yoga

This is the final step before you learn the Kriya Yoga Technique and receive Kriya Initiation. It is an in-depth exploration of deepening your understanding and practice of the central techniques on the Path of Kriya Yoga.

This course includes instructions in the AUM technique of meditation and further prepares you for Kriya Yoga initiation. We will also review the techniques you have learned previously, and make a new integrated meditation routine for you to follow.

Each week's lesson includes a combination of several topics including:

Philosophy | Meditation | Deepening Spiritual Practices | Satsang | Attunement

Also includes course videos, further reading, discussion, journaling and introspection exercises, and new techniques for meditation on the Path of Kriya shared by Paramhansa Yogananda. You will also have the opportunity for individualised support with teachers and group study with others on the Path of Kriya Yoga. We also invite you to online group meditations, opportunities for retreats and more.
